Big and Bold
Your Backfire BBQ spice is great! I tried it on some chicken breasts and whooee! Big flavor - definitely going to try it on a pork loin over the fire this weekend.
Grilled Sweet Potato Wedges
By Ryan L.
- 3 sweet potatoes, peeled and pre-cooked, cut into wedges
- Oil, for brushing
- 1 tablespoon Backfire BBQ seasoning
- Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Brush the potato wedges with oil. Rub on the Backfire BBQ, salt and pepper. Grill, turning once, until grill marks appear on wedges.
Brush the wedges with the syrup and turn a few times to caramelize.
